Sales and Compliance Manager

We are looking for an experienced, driven and commercially minded Sales and Compliance Manager to join our growing same-day and special delivery business. This is a key role combining business development, customer relationship management and operational compliance. You will be responsible for growing our customer base and revenue while ensuring the business continues to operate safely, professionally and in line with relevant UK transport, driver and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be confident winning new business, developing existing accounts and identifying opportunities within sectors where time-critical delivery is essential. At the same time, you will take ownership of our compliance processes, ensuring our drivers, vehicles, documentation and operational procedures meet the required standards. Location Heathrow Salary 40k + 1% commission 45k + 2% Commission Sales 70% Compliance 30% Petrol allowance Duties Include: Sales and Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UK. Generate leads through telephone, email, networking, referrals and targeted prospecting. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Prepare quotations, tenders and commercial proposals. Negotiate rates and service agreements while protecting company margins. Identify opportunities to increase customer spend.
