We are supporting a company based in Great Dunmow with recruiting for a Sales and Business Development Executive, working full time Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. This is an office based position with free parking on site. Salary is up to 30,000 depending on your experience.This role will suit someone who is confident and comfortable making outbound cold and warm calls as you will play an integral part of this companies ambitious growth plans. Duties will include:Generating new business relationships through email campaigns, cold calling and social mediaLead and contact generationMarket research and analysis to identify trendsBuild and maintain both new and existing customer and client relationshipsAssist with building and presenting new business proposalsGenerate reports when required to feedback findings with market research and growth opportunitiesThink outside the box by looking at new ways to reach bigger target audiences or expand in the existing customer marketTo be successful for this position you will need to think strategically and be able to consistently look at ways to grow the customer base and spends. You must be able to understand the customers needs and plan ahead to achieve this.
