Sales and Account Executive
Job Overview An exciting opportunity to be part of a passionate and dynamic team. This is a highly collaborative and consultative role that involves working closely with other members of the sales and marketing team to provide digital learning solutions to our existing and growing client base. Reporting to the Head of Digital Library, you will also work closely with the Marketing team to generate and nurture leads, playing a key role in expanding into new sectors. This role offers a full 360 view of the customer journey, helping you understand how to win new business while strengthening relationships with our existing client base. Responsibilities and Duties Building and managing your pipeline in the CRM system to help grow the business and achieve your personal business plan objectives Managing sales from inception through to implementation and beyond, including quoting, product demonstrations, and sales administration Developing and executing lead generation campaigns alongside the Marketing team, including web shop promotions, content development, collateral, email campaigns, and social media activity Working collaboratively with the team and wider company, participating in regular catch-up sessions and monthly sales review meetings Managing incoming enquiries via phone, email, and live chat while delivering a high level of customer service and exemplifying company values Learning and communicating the company s developing products and services to provide consultative ..... full job details .....
