Sales & Service Support Operative

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive individual with strong communication skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office to join our team on a full-time basis.

Would also suit a vehicle mechanic / technician looking leave to leave the workshop or someone with a background in vehicle repair.

Monday to Friday predominately 07:30 – 16:30 

Key Responsibilities:

To assist the Service and Sales department with estimates for repairs, updating customer records, and new equipment quotes.

· Taking telephone calls, processing emails and other communications

· Liaising with customers and suppliers.

· Raising invoices for completed works.

· Processing & progressing Order Numbers

· Providing Estimates, Certificates, and updated equipment status reports to customers.

· Ordering stock.

· Liaising with colleagues within the company.

·Updating our Website and eBay

Assisting with ad-hoc projects or tasks as needed

About You:

• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal
• Competent with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Flexible, adaptable, and ready to pitch in as needed
• A positive, can-do attitude, always ready to represent the company with professionalism

Knowledge of the Garage Equipment business is desirable.
