This is a varied position supporting several areas of the operation, including wholesale customers, contract orders, concessions, retail and warehouse administration . The role involves working with a significant amount of sales, stock and order data, therefore strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential . This is not a basic data-entry position. The successful candidate must be comfortable working independently with multiple spreadsheets, reports, calculations and workbooks and be able to pick up existing systems quickly. Key Duties Wholesale & Customer Administration Answering telephone and email customer enquiries Processing customer orders accurately Raising invoices using SAGE Inputting website and shop sales onto SAGE Producing packing lists and associated paperwork Managing back orders and monitoring outstanding stock Updating customers regarding expected order and delivery dates Arranging UK and international freight and deliveries Producing FedEx shipping labels Assisting with credit control and chasing overdue invoices ...
