 £12.71 – £14.12 per hour (£26,500 – £29,450 equivalent)
Temp to Perm | 40 hours per week | Monday – Friday

 

We are currently recruiting for a Sales & Marketing Support Executive to join a busy and growing business based in Cradley Heath. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for a highly organised individual looking to build their career within sales, marketing and customer support.

Working closely with the Sales and Marketing Director and wider sales team, you will play a key role in supporting customer relationships, managing enquiries and assisting with marketing initiatives.

This role would suit someone with strong administration skills, excellent communication and a proactive mindset who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

•       Provide day-to-day support to the Sales and Marketing team
•       Manage and follow up on customer enquiries
•       Process sales orders, quotations and invoicing
•       Maintain customer relationships and ensure a high level of service
•       Enter and maintain accurate information within CRM and internal systems
•       Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
•       Assist with social media updates and online content
•       Help generate and nurture new sales leads
•       Liaise with internal teams including sales, despatch and operations
•       Provide general administrative support including answering calls and emails

The Ideal Candidate

•       Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
•       Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
•       Proactive with a can-do attitude
•       Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
•       Able to work independently and as part of a team
•       Experience in a sales, marketing or customer service environment would be beneficial
•       Social media experience advantageous but not essential

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
