Sales & Lettings Negotiator

Full-Time or Part-Time

Location: Gravesend (ME & DA postcodes)

Salary:
Basic salary plus uncapped commission

  • Full-time basic: £20,000 – £22,000

  • Part-time basic: £15,000 – £18,000
    Realistic OTE: £20,000 – £30,000+

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and proactive negotiator to help grow the lettings side of the business while supporting some sales activity.

The role will focus on building relationships with landlords, winning instructions, conducting viewings and negotiating lets, while delivering excellent customer service.

You will also help promote properties and the brand through social media and digital platforms.

This role would suit someone who enjoys meeting people, generating opportunities and being rewarded for performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property viewings

  • Build relationships with landlords and win instructions

  • Negotiate tenancy agreements

  • Market properties and respond to enquiries

  • Generate new business opportunities

  • Support some sales enquiries where required

  • Promote properties via social media

Working Hours

Full-time 35 hours or part-time 25–30 hours

Office hours:
Mon–Fri 9:30am – 5:30pm
Sat 9:30am – 1:30pm
Sun Closed

Typically two to three Saturdays per month, with occasional evening appointments.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

  • Strong communication and sales ability

  • Comfortable appearing on social media
