Sales & Customer Service Support Administrator (P/time)

We''re looking for a motivated, organised and customer-focused individual to join a growing business. This is a varied, customer-facing role combining sales support, customer service and e-commerce administration, with flexible part-time hours to suit the right candidate.
The role
. Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.
. Prepare quotations and process orders using Sage 200.
. Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
. Provide order updates and resolve customer queries.
. Liaise with the materials team regarding stock availability.
. Maintain accurate CRM records.
. Add and update products, pricing and information on the website.
. Monitor website enquiries and online orders.
About you
Essential:
. Excellent telephone and email communication skills.
. Strong customer service and administration skills.
. Confident using Microsoft Office.
. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
. Professional, proactive and detail-focused.
Desirable:
. Sales administration experience.
. Sage 200 or similar ERP experience.
. E-commerce website experience.
