We''re recruiting for a fluent Spanish and English speaking Sales & Customer Service Agent to join a busy contact centre team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with sales or customer service experience who enjoys speaking with customers, achieving targets and earning uncapped commission.

• Convert inbound enquiries into bookings
• Recommend suitable products and services
• Upsell additional options to maximise revenue
• Manage booking amendments and customer queries
• Follow up leads and maintain accurate records

• Fluent in Spanish and English (essential)
• Previous sales or customer service experience
• Confident communicator with strong closing skills
• Target-driven and customer focused
• Travel or hospitality experience is an advantage
