The Job: We are looking for someone to lead the development and delivery of ticketing, CRM and sales strategy across Stoller Hall, Chetham’s School of Music and Chetham’s Library. The postholder will take strategic ownership of Spektrix and audience data, using insight to support sales growth, audience & fundraising development. They will lead pricing, ticketing and sales approaches while ensuring that commercial objectives are balanced with accessibility and inclusion.
