What you''ll be doing as a Sales Ambassador

• Deliver an outstanding, personalised and consultative customer experience.

• Build genuine relationships with customers and understand their individual needs.

• Develop strong product knowledge and confidently sell premium products.

• Drive sales, conversion, ATV and individual KPIs.

• Create an inspiring and welcoming showroom environment.

• Maintain exceptional product presentation and visual standards.

• Support with stock, deliveries and the smooth running of the showroom.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider Redbrick environment.

You''ll ideally have experience in retail, hospitality, interiors, furniture or another service-led sales environment, but equally, if you have the right attitude and a genuine passion for customers, we want to hear from you.
