As a Sales Agent, you will make proactive calls, identify client needs, and demonstrate how their services can enhance business operations. Key responsibilities include conducting outbound calls, assessing telecom requirements, advising on suitable solutions, generating new leads, maintaining accurate records in their customer relationship management (CRM) system, and collaborating with account managers. Job Role: Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential prospects within the SME sector to introduce and promote CAN Solutions telecom products and services. Needs Assessment: Gain an in-depth understanding of prospects current telecom solutions and identify their needs and pain points. Solution Advising: Educate prospects on the benefits of CAN Solutions offerings and how our solutions can meet their business needs.
