Sales Advisor | Luxury Fragrance | Up to -30,000 + Generous Commission

Zachary Daniels is recruiting a Sales Advisor for a luxury fragrance house. This is an opportunity for a commercially driven individual who combines a strong sales approach with thoughtful, personalised fragrance consultations.

You will understand how to turn a great conversation into a sale, using product knowledge, storytelling and genuine interest in your customer to help them discover the right fragrance and build lasting relationships.

The Role

• Drive individual sales and contribute to team targets, taking ownership of your performance and KPIs.

• Deliver personalised fragrance consultations, exploring each customer''s preferences, lifestyle and occasion to make considered recommendations.

• Bring fragrances to life through engaging explanations of their notes, ingredients and inspiration.

• Confidently guide customers from discovery through to purchase, recognising opportunities to introduce complementary products where relevant.

• Develop a loyal client base through clienteling, remembering preferences and providing thoughtful follow-up to encourage repeat visits.

• Maintain excellent presentation standards across displays, testers and the wider sales area.

• Support daily operations, including stock replenishment, and work collaboratively to deliver a consistent luxury experience.

What We''re Looking For

• Experience in fragrance, beauty or luxury retail, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.

• A passion for fragrance and the curiosity to develop detailed knowledge of the collection.

• A confident consultative selling style, balancing commercial focus with attentive customer service.

• Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and tailor recommendations.

• Experience building customer relationships and encouraging repeat business.

• A proactive approach to the sales floor, recognising opportunities and taking initiative.

The Package

• Basic salary up to -30,000, depending on experience.

• Generous commission.
