Sales Advisor Industry: Training/ Marine / Leisure Location: Cowes, Isle of Wight (mainland / international travel may occasionally be required) Hours: 9am - 5.30pm (may be required to be flexible for occasional events) Days: Monday - Friday (may be required to be flexible for occasional events) Duration: Permanent Duties: Working within a small team promoting national and international training courses, events and tailored services, First point of contact for all telephone, email and live chat sales enquiries, Following up enquiries, securing bookings and updating systems, Assisting with marketing, social media posts and updating website with course availability, Processing customer details, correspondence and maintaining databases, Create invoices, chase customers for payment if necessary, Assisting in arranging and attending exhibitions and careers fairs (if required), Help deliver careers advice and CV service. Meet and greet participants, assist with operations and travel arrangements. Experience: Previous, proven sales experience, excellent customer service/communication and presentation skills are essential. Strong administrative and IT skills including social media and Microsoft Office with the ability t learn new systems. Must have a positive/proactive attitude, be able to work on own initiative as well a part of a small team and have the ability to be flexible and adaptable.
