You will be managing the sales on this development and liaising with customers day to day, with the potential for a permanent contract after the 12-month fixed term.Job Duties: Manage the sales process for the development site in ColchesterLiaise with customers and provide excellent customer servicePromote and sell new build housing unitsMeet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the developmentMaintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions Required Qualifications: Valid Driving LicenceExperience in new build housing sales Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills: Previous experience in house building salesKnowledge of the property and real estate industryExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team Working Conditions: This role involves working on-site at the development in Colchester, with regular interaction with customers and stakeholders.
