Job Title: Sales Advisor Salary: £25,500-£26,000 per annum Location: Potters Bar Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm, Saturday 9-1 (alternate) Contract: PermanentOur client, a well-established insurance company, is seeking a motivated Sales Advisor to join their growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting customers throughout their insurance journey from handling new business enquiries to managing renewals, amendments, and cancellations.You ll be responsible for building lasting client relationships, providing clear and compliant advice, and delivering exceptional customer service at every stage. This role also involves preparing renewal documentation, responding to pre- and post-sale enquiries, and meeting KPI targets related to add-on product sales.This is an excellent opportunity for a confident communicator with a strong customer focus and a passion for achieving results in a fast-paced, professional environment.Key Responsibilities Handle pre- and post-sale client enquiries efficiently and accurately.Prepare and issue renewal invitations for existing clients.Manage the full customer lifecycle, including new business, mid-term adjustments, renewals, amendments, and cancellations.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.Consistently deliver a high standard of customer service.Achieve and exceed KPI targets, particularly relating to add-on product sales.
