About the Role

The Sales Advisor role based in Mansfield is a permanent position offering a salary of £33,126.54 per annum plus commission and bonus. Working five days weekly from 10am to 5pm, you will have either Tuesday and Wednesday or Thursday and Friday off, with one in four weekends free. As the first point of contact for customers, you will guide buyers from initial enquiry through to reservation, helping them find their ideal home. This position requires a passion for delivering outstanding service and strong interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales advisory capacity is essential for success in this customer-facing role.

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Developer for a Sales Advisor to join their successful sales team, covering developments across Leicestershire.

The Role
As a Sales Advisor, you''ll be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them through the home-buying journey from initial enquiry through to reservation and completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist prospective purchasers visiting the development.
- Build rapport with customers and identify their individual requirements.
- Manage enquiries and follow up leads
- Conduct development and show home tours.
- Take reservations and complete all associated sales documentation accurately.
- Liaise with solicitors, estate agents and financial advisers throughout the sales process.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge, local market awareness and competitor information.
- Ensure compliance and paperwork with all sales procedures, regulations and health and safety requirements.
- Consistently deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.
About You
They are looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in new homes sales.
- Strong sales, negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A positive, self-motivated approach
- A full UK driving licence.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, with one weekend off every four weeks.
