You''ll be responsible for managing customers through the sales journey, from their initial enquiry through to producing accurate renewable energy designs and quotations before handing projects over to our Operations teams. Working closely with Surveyors, Technical Managers, and Operations, you''ll ensure every customer receives an outstanding experience while helping the business achieve ambitious growth targets. Responisbilities: Managing customer enquiries via telephone, email and website. Booking surveys and coordinating customer appointments. Producing accurate quotations following site surveys. Designing renewable energy systems including: Solar PV Battery Storage Air Source Heat Pumps Ground Source Heat Pumps Underfloor Heating Completing heat loss calculations and energy generation reports.
