Red Recruitment is recruiting a motivated Sales Advisor to join a growing specialist insurance business in Bristol.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with sales experience who wants to build a career in financial services. You do not need insurance experience - full training, ongoing development and support towards professional qualifications will be provided.

You''ll speak with potential customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable life insurance products within a supportive, high-performing sales environment.

Benefits and Package for a Sales Advisor:

• Salary: Up to -30,000 per annum + uncapped commission
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8.30am-4.30pm
• One late shift per week, 12pm-8pm
• One Saturday per month, 9am-1pm
• Contract: Permanent
• Location: Aztec West, Bristol

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Advisor:

• Speak with potential customers and understand their circumstances
• Build rapport and deliver a consultative sales experience
• Explain products clearly and recommend suitable options
• Respond confidently to questions and objections
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Meet sales targets while acting in the customer''s best interests
• Complete ongoing product and sales training

Key Skills and Experience of a Sales Advisor:

• Previous sales experience, ideally in a telephone-based or target-driven role
• Ambitious, motivated and keen to develop
• Confident communication and active listening skills
• A positive, professional and customer-focused approach
• Willingness to learn about financial services products
