Red Recruitment is hiring Sales Advisors for our client where you will be responsible for connecting with existing and prospective customers.

You''ll be handling warm, inbound and outbound calls providing an excellent customer service whilst identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell tariffs, packages and products.

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Advisor:

• Connect with existing and prospective customers via inbound and outbound calls.
• Introduce customers to essential utility products that can genuinely benefit them.
• Build rapport, understand customer needs, and recommend the right solutions.
• Overcome objections with confidence and professionalism.
• Achieve exciting sales targets and enjoy the rewards that come with success.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every call.

Key Skills and Experience of a Sales Advisor:

• A confident and enthusiastic communicator.
• A positive, target-driven attitude.
• Resilience and determination to succeed.
• Good computer skills and the ability to multitask.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage - but not essential. Full training is provided for the right person.

Please note you will have an initial two week training period from 9am - 5pm. After this you will have a two-week rolling rota consisting of:

Week 1: 8:45am - 5:15pm
Week 2: 10:30am - 7pm

No weekends!
