You will be in the office a couple of times a week with a hybrid working culture.There may also be some travel required to visit local sites. You will engage with new and existing customers, guiding them through a variety of affordable home ownership products, including Shared Ownership (new build and resales), Staircasing, Right to Buy, Right to Acquire and Right to Shared Ownership. Focus on delivering exceptional customer service across multiple channels, including phone, SMS, email and social media. The role will develop and grow a clear understanding of all processes and policies, ensuring ability to clearly and confidently explain them to both customers and colleagues.
