Description
Greet and engage customers in a professional, friendly manner.
Understand customers'' needs and recommend suitable home products and solutions.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of home products, including features, benefits, and aftercare.
Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets.
- Help clients reserve plots
Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining a tidy and organized sales floor.
Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, or after-sales concerns.
Stay up-to-date on product lines, promotions, and company policies.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
