Due to continued growth, they''re investing further in their sales function and creating a new Sales Advisor position to support an expanding customer base.This is a varied commercial role where you''ll work closely with existing customers, becoming a trusted point of contact for businesses across multiple sectors. You''ll handle enquiries, process orders and provide excellent service, whilst proactively identifying opportunities to generate additional sales. You''ll spend much of your time speaking with customers over the phone, building relationships, promoting special offers and new products, re-engaging dormant accounts and helping customers understand how the company''s solutions can add value to their business. This isn''t cold-calling for the sake of it.It''s about having meaningful conversations with customers who already know the brand and turning those relationships into long-term commercial partnerships.Working alongside an established external sales team, you''ll play an important role in supporting customers and driving growth within existing accounts.
