The Opportunity: Our client, a well-established specialist property law firm with a strong presence across Surrey and London, is opening a brand-new office in Tunbridge Wells. This Sales Advisor role is a chance to help build that office from the ground up, an exciting new chapter for someone from an estate agency background who wants to bring their sales skills into the legal property sector. No legal qualification needed. The Role:You''ll be the first point of contact for clients looking to instruct the firm, converting enquiries into instructions and keeping the pipeline moving:Handling inbound enquiries and converting them into new instructionsQuoting clients and explaining the conveyancing process, timescales and costsBuilding referral relationships with local estate agents and introducersFollowing up leads to maximise conversionKeeping accurate CRM recordsLiaising with the conveyancing team for a smooth handoverRepresenting the firm as the face of the new Tunbridge Wells officeWhat They''re Looking For:Experience in estate agency, sales, or a client-facing property roleStrong relationship-building skills and confidence discussing figures and processOrganised, self-motivated, and comfortable helping set up a new officeGWV Talent Solutions Limited (trading as Gerrard White Consulting and Vermelo RPO) acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary and contract workers.
