Their house types range from apartments, mews and townhouses as well as spacious detached homes. With new sites coming up in the Cheshire and Lancashire region they have multiple opportunities available. Sales Advisor Role Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be responsible for taking the lead on your allocated development running of the sales office maintaining necessary records and documentation of all stages of the sales progress. Your role will involve dealing with all prospective/existing customers in a professional and engaging manner to ensure the best customer experience achieving sales of properties and extras to suitable customers in line with agreed targets e.g., legal completions, average selling price.
