They currently have a requirement for an ambitious Sales Advisor who is looking to join a successful sales team to grow with the company, expanding their knowledge in the housing industry About the role of a Sales AdvisorThe Sales Advisor is responsible for the day-to-day sales activities on a development, providing excellent customer service and helping buyers throughout the sales process. Managed sales from initial enquiry and reservation through to contract exchange and completion, while working towards and achieving sales targets Responsibilities for a Sales AdvisorAchieve sales targets and support the overall sales performance of the developmentGuide customers through the buying process from enquiry to completionLiaise with customers, solicitors and mortgage advisors to help progress salesProvide support to customers after completion, dealing with any queries or issuesWork with the Sales Manager and wider team to maximise sales opportunitiesMaintain the presentation of the sales office, show homes and developmentBuild a good knowledge of the properties and development to provide accurate informationShow customers around the development and available homesEnsure all visitors follow health and safety procedures while on siteKeep customer records up to date using the CRM systemArrange customer appointments with the Site ManagerAttend regular sales and site meetingsFollow ..... full job details .....
