An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Advisor to join their expanding team in Birmingham. Role and Responsibilities of the Sales Advisor: Handle customer enquiries and identify sales opportunities. Build trust and recommend the most appropriate products and services. Guide customers through the buying journey from enquiry to sale. Upsell and cross-sell where appropriate to maximise value. Accurately update customer information on the CRM system. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Deliver an exceptional customer experience. Build long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat business. About You as the Sales Advisor: Previous experience in sales, retail sales, telesales, customer service or customer retention. A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with customers. Positive, enthusiastic and target driven. Able to handle objections professionally. Organised with strong attention to detail. Comfortable working within a KPI-driven environment.
