• A proven track record in new homes sales, ideally within a volume housebuilding environment.

• Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to close deals effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for customer service.

• Self-motivated, resilient, and well-organised, able to manage your own pipeline with confidence.

• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as required by the sales centre rota.
