As one of the first faces our customers meet, you''ll play a key role in shaping the in-store experience and building long-lasting customer relationships.

• Welcoming and engaging customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored product advice.

• Driving sales through product knowledge, upselling, and exceeding both personal and team targets.

• Delivering a seamless, positive, and inspiring customer journey.

• Supporting with store presentation, visual merchandising, and creating a stunning showroom environment.

• Assisting with stock handling, deliveries, and day-to-day store operations.

• Collaborating closely with your team to make this first store a true success.

• Previous experience in retail sales (furniture, interiors, or premium brands would be a bonus).

• A natural sales drive with a genuine focus on customer satisfaction.

• Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with people.
