The Sales Advisor Role:
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be on the frontline of our campaigns, representing clients with professionalism and enthusiasm. You’ll be trained in customer engagement, sales techniques, and campaign strategy – all while earning real-world experience that sets you up for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities of the Sales Advisor:
- Interact face-to-face with customers to promote products and services
- Provide expert knowledge and friendly support to help customers make informed choices
- Meet daily and weekly targets in a structured, performance-focused environment
- Attend regular coaching, training sessions, and team meetings
- Offer campaign feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales strategy
- Progress toward senior and team leadership roles through our internal development programme
What We Offer:
- Competitive base pay plus uncapped commission
- Year 1 OTE: £28,000–£32,000, with top earners reaching £35,000–£40,000+
- Weekly bonus potential of £150–£250+, depending on performance
