Sales Advisor - Customer Success
About the role The role holder delivers defined revenue, product volume and quality targets through the acquisition, up-sell and retention of UK SME customers. Sales opportunities are initiated by either an outbound dialler call, inbound call from a customer or outbound call as part of a specific campaign and in accordance with business requirements. The role holder will answer and respond to customer enquiries efficiently, effectively, and appropriately in accordance with defined processes and procedures. What you will be doing Work with a defined account base of small SME customers, who typically have single sites and relatively simple order needs. Ensure an understanding of BT''s products and services to be able to effectively retain, acquire and upsell customers and ensure that the customer''s needs are being appropriately met. To drive outbound calls to retain and grow existing customers and also acquire new customers in 10-100 customer segment. Typically sell BT and EE''s standard products - across mobile, connectivity, and IP voice. May sell products across multiple towers to the same customer if required to meet their needs. Develop successful, sustainable, and profitable relationships within the defined account base. Use strong communication and influencing skills to build relationships with key customer contacts and decision makers.
