The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and effectively communicating the value of our products and services. Duties Identifying and pursuing leads through market research across numerous platforms. Making a high volume of outbound calls per day to identify the decision makers within organizations and obtain contact information. Follow a structured and proven sales process to guide leads through the funnel from identification through to booking initial meetings. Making outbound calls to decision makers and book meetings for our Business Development Manager. Take information from campaigns to update the CRM, identify new decision makers. Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets to bring success. Qualifications Enthusiastic, positive, trustworthy, reliable person with a "can-do" attitude. Brilliant organizational skills. Self-motivation and a drive to hit targets. CRM knowledge and proficiency is key. Organized, accountable, dedicated and can manage time. Ability and desire to make high level of outbound calls.
