Location: BM Catalysts, Mansfield site Job Type: Full-time Hours: Monday to Friday, 08 00 (40 hours per week) About the Role BM Catalysts is a leading manufacturing company specialising in catalytic converter systems for the automotive aftermarket across the UK and Europe. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our Internal Sales team. This is a fast-paced, office-based role where you will provide high-quality customer service and administrative support to both UK and international customers. Key Responsibilities Handling incoming telephone and email enquiries Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently Liaising with couriers to track deliveries and resolve issues Responding to product application and pricing enquiries Managing warranty returns Maintaining and updating records using Microsoft Excel and Office systems About You Previous customer service experience is essential Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Confident using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office (minimum 1 year experience required) Administrative experience is desirable Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment What We Offer Full training and ongoing support Friendly, close-knit team environment Free on-site parking 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) No weekend work ..... full job details .....
