We are currently recruiting for a Sales Advisor to join a well established automotive parts dealership in the Swindon area. No problem as this can be trained - its all about the person having the right attitude and wanting to succeed About the Sales Advisor role: Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-5:30pm + alternate Saturday mornings, 8am-12:30pm Salary is 35K per annum Permanent role Swindon based - easily accessible by public transport Duties for the Sales Advisor role: Working as part of the Sales Team you will answer incoming enquiries via telephone / email i.e. pricing, stock availability, delivery times etc Assist customers who visit the trade counter in person to make enquiries and place / collect orders Maintain existing customer relationships and develop new relationships applying effective sales techniques Process customer parts orders with accuracy and keep them updated Contribute to a positive team performance to optimise sales Develop knowledge of products to be able to assist customers effectively Skills / Experience required for the Sales Advisor role: Excellent customer service experience, with the ability to maintain / build relationships is essential Able to work well as part of a busy team to deliver results Organised with great attention to detail IT skills ..... full job details .....
