Key Responsibilities: Building and maintaining positive relationships with prospective and existing clients. Following up enquiries and identifying opportunities to support business growth. Conducting telephone and virtual meetings to understand client requirements. Preparing proposals, quotations and client documentation. Managing and updating CRM records and sales activity. Supporting the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion. Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Assisting with client communications, marketing initiatives and business development activities.
