Sales & Operations Support / PA to Director
Are you highly organised, proactive, and looking for a role where no two days are the same? We’re seeking a Sales & Operations Support / PA to Director to join our team and play a pivotal role across the business.
This is a varied position that combines sales support, operational administration, and executive PA responsibilities, giving you fantastic exposure across multiple areas of the business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Sales Support: Prepare and manage client proposals, track enquiries, follow up with clients, and oversee the full onboarding process including compliance checks and documentation.
- Operational Support: Handle day-to-day office administration including post, client record management, AML reporting, and maintaining policies to ensure compliance.
- PA to Director: Provide diary management and meeting coordination, prepare documentation, and deliver high-quality executive support to the Director.
- A confident multitasker with exceptional organisation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities — comfortable as the first point of contact for clients, calls, and visitors.
- A proactive team player who thrives in a busy, varied role.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise across multiple tasks.
