Sales Administrator, Permanent, Interior Design/Construction London, £38,000-£48,000Successful and friendly Interior and Construction specialists are looking for a positive and highly proactive Sales Administrator. This is a great permanent role and a real opportunity to play a key role in the success of the team and company. This company prides itself on a very positive working environment with a welcoming team.Responsibilities will include:Diary management, organising travel, coordinating internal processesMaintaining records, ensuring all CRM data inputting is kept up to date and accurateAdministrative support to the sales teamUpdate the CRM system, ensuring all client and sales data is accuratePrepare sales documents, reports, presentations, and proposals as requiredLiaise with internal departments and external clients to support the sales processAssist with supporting sales events - for example charity golf days etcEnsure all documentation is organised, filed, and easily accessibleSupport the team with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as neededExperience and skills needed:Highly organised with strong administrative skillsExperience in a Sales Administrator, Sales Support, or similar roleStrong diary management and scheduling experienceExperience using CRM systems and ..... full job details .....
