Sales Administrator

Our client, a reputable supplier of high-quality cleaning supplies and equipment based in Castle Donnington, is looking to recruit a Customer focussed Sales Administrator to join their team. As Sales Administrator, you will have a customer excellence mindset, and play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of their sales efforts. You will be responsible for processing orders, maintaining customer records, and providing customer support. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills. Key Responsibilities- Order Processing: Accurately input and process customer orders from the Sales Inbox or inbound phone calls, ensuring timely delivery and fulfilment. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, escalating where necessary, resolving issues, and provide information on products and services. Record Maintenance: Maintain and update customer records, including contact details, and account information Communication: Liaise between customers, sales team, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Proactive Customer Support: Contact Bronze customers to share promotions, check dispenser status, and find growth opportunities. Requirements Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
