This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive Sales Administrator with experience in sales support, order processing or customer service. Key Responsibilities: Process customer orders accurately. Coordinate deliveries from Europe to the UK and onwards to customers. Liaise with a third-party fulfilment partner and internal teams. Keep customers updated on order progress, stock levels and lead times. Respond to customer enquiries and support the sales team. Provide cover for the Internal Sales Manager when required. Skills and Experience: Previous sales administration, order processing or customer service experience. Excellent organisation and attention to detail. Strong communication skills.
