Sales Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with previous Sales Administration experience to join an expanding team, assisting with customer order processing, sales support and providing a high level of service.

This company work within an exciting industry and due to growth within the business, have the ability to take on another candidate.
The suitable candidate must be within a commutable distance to Watford.

Salary -30,000 depending on experience

Hybrid working with 3 days in the office

Some of the duties will include:

• Liaising with customers via phone and email
• Preparing quotations for customers
• Respond to enquiries based around product information, price and availability of stock
• Managing the order-to-delivery process including sales order processing, raising invoices and resolving delivery issues
• Working well within a great team environment
• Provide administrative support to the sales team including sending brochures

The suitable candidate:

• Previous experience within sales administration
• Previous experience of working with customers
• Great level of attention to detail
• Strong communication skills on all levels
