Sales Administrator
Talent Guardian are proud to be working with a well established and growing business based in Poole. We are now looking for a highly organised and motivated Sales Administrator to join their busy and dynamic sales team.
This is a varied and fast paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys being a central point of contact within the office and supporting the smooth running of a high performing sales desk.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the sales team with day to day administration
Actioning sales leads and processing customer orders
Coordinating deliveries and liaising with internal departments
Providing excellent service to customers, end users and the dealership network
Maintaining accurate records and supporting general office administration
About You
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
A confident and professional communicator
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Positive, can do attitude with the ability to build strong working relationships
Proficient in Microsoft Office
What’s on Offer
Salary of £26,000 per annum plus quarterly bonus
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
25 days holiday
