About the role Sytner Sunningdale is looking for a highly motivated and hardworking Administrator to work within our fantastic Sales team. As a Sytner Administrator, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our sales team by assisting with file auditing, trade transfers and other ad-hoc duties. In this role, you will work closely with the Dealership Accountant, Sales Department and many members of the management team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service whilst dealing with incoming enquiries from our customers in a prompt manner. Sytner Administrators work Monday to Friday but on occasions this can include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service. About you We are looking for an individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service and thrive in a busy, high pressurised environment alongside proficient IT skills. Ideally, you will be extremely organised, confident, have great attention to detail and be willing to go that extra mile. The passion to prioritise customer satisfaction at all times is crucial in this role.
