Sales Administrator Required! Our client is a family-owned business with over 30 years of success as a leading manufacturer and distributor of window and door hardware. On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit a accurate, commercially minded individual to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate and timely quotations. Package: Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm FULLY OFFICE BASED. Company pension scheme Opportunity to join company health scheme 25 days holiday + bank holidays Salary up to £27,000 (DOE) Sales Administrator - Responsibilities: Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email Preparing accurate quotations and processing orders Following up quotes to secure potential sales Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products Updating customer records and maintaining accurate quotation information Sending product samples and information to customers Supporting the sales team during busy periods Building knowledge of the company''s product range Sales Administrator - Requirements: Previous experience in a customer service/sales administration role Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Professional telephone manner and strong communication skills Good organisation skills with excellent attention to detail Proactive approach to customer service and sales opportunities Experience within construction, trade, hardware or building products is advantageous Streamline Search is ..... full job details .....
