Sales Administrator Spider is advertising on behalf of a company within the water management industry. They are seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team in this permanent, full-time role based in Braintree, Essex.Fantastic company package include:Salary:£28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experienceAdditional: Pension Scheme, Personal development opportunity and trainingAbout the role:As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting both customers and the external sales team from an office-based position. You will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries, preparing quotations, and providing technical guidance on water management solutions, including drainage systems and wastewater management. Working closely with internal teams such as engineering and product development, you will help deliver tailored solutions to meet customer requirements while ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process. Working hours for this role will be 7.30am - 5pm with an early finish on Friday.Responsibilities:Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels, offering technical advice and solutionsPrepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents in support of the external sales teamDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry professionals remotelyProcess customer orders accurately and efficientlyMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practicesCollaborate with ..... full job details .....
