Sales Administrator

Location: Borehamwood Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm, with one hour for lunch Contract: Permanent, Full Time Working Pattern: Fully Office BasedWe are recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a well established wholesaler and supplier business based in Borehamwood.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous sales administration and order processing experience who enjoys working in a busy, customer focused environment.The role will involve supporting the sales team, processing customer orders and providing excellent service to customers throughout the order process. We are looking for someone organised, computer literate and confident communicating with customers over the telephone and via email.Key Responsibilities Processing customer orders accurately and efficientlyManaging orders from initial enquiry through to completionResponding to customer enquiries by telephone and emailProviding customers with updates regarding their ordersChecking product availability and order informationUpdating customer and order details on the internal systemLiaising with the sales team regarding customer requirementsLiaising with other departments to ensure orders are processed correctlyResolving general customer and order queriesPreparing quotations and sales documentation where requiredMaintaining accurate customer recordsHandling incoming telephone calls and emailsGeneral administration ..... full job details .....
