Reporting to the general manager, you will play an integral role in ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled to the highest of standards. Joining the team as a Sales Administrator, your duties will include Producing quotations for new orders and purchase orders for new and existing items Overseeing customers orders from placement through to delivery Producing costings for labour, materials and time requirements that meet customers budgets and timescales Representing customers within internal meetings, ensuring orders are running on time and as promised This position would be ideal for someone who would describe themselves as having excellent customer service skills whilst being organised and able to prioritise a busy workload whilst meeting deadlines.
