Sales Administrator
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join a busy and growing business in Faversham. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting a dynamic sales team, and is committed to providing outstanding customer service.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems.Liaise with customers to provide updates on orders, delivery times, and product availability.Support the sales team with administrative tasks, reporting, and account management.Handle inbound enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner.Maintain and update customer records and databases.Assist with quotations, pricing, and general sales documentation.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.Required Skills and Qualifications:Previous experience in a sales administration, customer service, or office support role.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.High attention to detail and accuracy.Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving.Benefits:25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.Company pension scheme.Free on-site parking.Opportunities for training and career progression.Supportive and friendly working ..... full job details .....
