Sales Administrator

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Sales Administrator to support the Sales Manager and help provide an exceptional customer experience.This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple tasks, building strong relationships, and ensuring projects run smoothly from enquiry through to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging day-to-day customer orders and sales administrationLiaising with suppliers and customers to process orders efficientlyOrdering products from manufacturers and monitoring lead timesCoordinating deliveries and scheduling installationsPreparing quotations and managing smaller projects (typically under £5,000)Supporting key customer accounts and maintaining long-term relationshipsUpdating and maintaining accurate records within a CRM system (HubSpot preferred)Ensuring effective communication between customers, suppliers, and internal teamsThe Ideal Candidate Will BeHighly organised with strong attention to detailA confident communicator both over the phone and via emailComfortable building relationships with repeat customers and managing accountsCapable of closing smaller sales opportunitiesExperienced using CRM systems (HubSpot advantageous)Able to prioritise workloads in a busy environmentProfessional, approachable, and customer-focusedWhat We OfferSalary of £28,000 - £30,000 ..... full job details .....
