Sales Administrator

Our client is a well-established UK manufacturer based in Great Barr, with over 100 years of engineering expertise and an excellent reputation within the industry. With a £5m annual turnover, a loyal and long-standing workforce, and customers worldwide, they are now looking to strengthen their team with a Sales Administrator. Salary is up to £27,500 depending on experience and benefits include: 33 days holiday including Bank Holidays Clear opportunity for development and progression Free on-site car parking Location: Office-based, 5 days per week This role is in the sales department. You will handle incoming sales enquiries from our customers and build close relationships with them in dealing with sales enquiries, producing accurate and competitive quotes and being able to provide solutions to meet their needs and applications. As the Sales Administrator, you will: Handle customer enquiries via phone and email Prepare accurate quotations and follow up to secure orders Manage orders from enquiry through to completion, ensuring proactive communication on progress or delays Provide customers with clear information on stock, availability, pricing, and product suitability Liaise with suppliers for products outside in-house manufacturing Accurately enter all enquiries, quotes, and orders into the system and ensure daily follow-up Monitor and share market trends and competitor activity Adhere to established company procedures, sales strategies, and quality standards As the ..... full job details .....
