Sales Administrator - New Machine SalesLocation: Newark, NottinghamshireSalary: 29k - 35k DOEJob Type: Full-time, PermanentThe OpportunityA leading global construction equipment business is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join its Sales team.This is a varied role supporting the end-to-end administration of new machine sales, demonstrations and deliveries, working closely with customers, Sales, OEM factories, finance companies, transport providers and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess new machine sales from customer order through to delivery.Order machines from OEM factories and liaise on specifications and delivery dates.Coordinate machine preparation, workshop instructions and third-party suppliers.Arrange finance, transport and delivery requirements.Maintain accurate sales trackers and customer order information.Prepare delivery documentation and process signed paperwork.Support machine demonstrations, including Hire/Loan documentation and field service arrangements.Liaise with customers throughout the sales and delivery process.Provide cover and support to the wider Sales Administration team.About YouWe''re looking for someone who has:Previous Sales Administration and/or Account Management experience.Excellent customer service and communication skills.A professional telephone manner and confidence speaking with customers.Strong organisation and attention to detail.The ability to work independently and use your own initiative.A proactive, ..... full job details .....
